On 14 April, 2026, the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva held the next reception of applicants.
The Ombudsman has received each applicant in privates. On site appropriate measures were taken to promptly address certain issues. It was noted that other matters requiring further investigation will be monitored, and relevant state bodies will be approached to ensure their resolution in accordance with existing legislation.
During the reception, applicants were provided with legal advice. It was also noted that, in order to ensure the more efficient and prompt handling of applications, the Ombudsman Office receives submissions through its 24/7 “916” Call Center, as well as via email, postal mail, fax and social media platforms.
