The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, held a reception of citizens

The Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, held the next reception of citizens in Baku on 18 November, 2025. 

Each citizen who requested a private reception was received by the Commissioner. Immediate measures were taken to resolve certain issues on the spot. It was noted that issues requiring further investigation will be monitored and addressed in accordance with the law, with the relevant state authorities being engaged as necessary.

During the reception, citizens received legal guidance and were informed that applications are accepted around the clock through the Ombudsman Office’s “916” Inbound Call Center, in addition to email, mail, fax, and social network channels, to facilitate timely and effective investigation.
