The Ombudsman Sabina Aliyeva, held her next citizen’s reception in Baku.
Every citizen lodged complaint with the Ombudsman was received in private. Necessary measures were undertaken on the spot to address a number of issues and corresponding state authorities were appealed to remedy other issues, that need to be further investigated in accordance with the applicable laws.
During the reception, citizens were given legal advice, and information were informed about the application procedures on how to reach the Ombudsman, including the "916" Call Center, as well as the email addresses and official social media accounts.
