During the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty,” educational events are continued in the regions

The Ombudsperson’s South Regional Center, jointly with the Council of Elders in the Jalilabad District and the Alar Administrative District Representation of the district Executive Authority, held an educational event in the Alar Village Culture House during the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty”.

Head of the South Regional Center, Ziya Ismayilov spoke about the fundamental human rights and freedoms set forth in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the protection mechanisms, as well as the national reforms to protect human rights and freedoms.

The areas of activity of the ombuds institution, and application methods to the Ombudsman, including the “916” Call Center, were also discussed, and questions of participants were answered.
